Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Me and my ex girlfriend agreed that she was going to claim our daughter. And give me a percentage. Since then we are not on speaking terms. She refuse to pay me anything. I have a text message she agreed to give me 1500. What are my options in this situation?

Give you a percentage? Of your daughter? Is that like cutting off her right arm? What is she supposed to pay you for?
