my girlfriend hit me with a steletto busted open my head before police got there so i was in need of med atten when they arrived i got placed into ccustody at 7am didnt go to er till 11am

Your girlfriend should have been arrested and you should have been taken to ER. Sorry, but this whole thing makes no sense. Delaying medical care is actionable. So, if you suffered damages as a result you can sue.
