Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

My girlfriend purchased some household products (for a condo that I own) on her credit card and we broke up. If I verbally told her that I would help pay for the products how would this play out in a civil court.

If the condo remains in your possession as do the household products, you could lose -- or win. It would be wise to settle with her so that you don't waste your time going to court.
