Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

theres a girls (ex-girlfriend) who says i owe her money for an abortion she had but she won't show me the paper work or tell me how much i owe her but she only tells me this when i ignore her and when i do call her she acts all happy and doesnt want to talk about how much i owe her. so what want to know is do i have something here or is it something small claims can handel

Unless you promised her money to help her pay for the abortion, I suggest that you might not be liable for any of the money she paid for the procedure.
