Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
I am being harassed by my girlfriend's future ex via the court system. He is filing endless lawsuits against her and me and has even colluded with MY ex to have her file suit against me. Suits range from fraud to breech of contract. Her ex has unlimited financial resources and employs a legal staff. I am poor. I work and raise a son and do not have the time, education or experience to defend these ridiculous suits! Hard to be a gentleman about this....Can anyone help?

If this man is suing you in pro per and losing, you may be able to have him declared a vexatious litigant. That will severely limit his ability to file additional lawsuits.
I agree with Mr. Hoffman. You may want to speak to a lawyer about pursuing a remedy based on the vexatious litigant statute. If you meet the requirements, it is possible to have the court issue an order that would bar him from filing anymore lawsuits without getting permission from the judge first.
A slight correction to what Mr. Roach said: Having someone declared a vexatious litigant prevents him from filing lawsuits in pro per without a judge's permission. He could still file lawsuits with counsel.
