Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

harassment

Do I have any legal recourse against the soon-to-be divorced wife of my boyfriend who leaves me voice mail messages at home and work and mails me humiliating packages at work? I consider it harassment and/or invasion of privacy and slander or defamation of character.

Re: harassment

You can file a restraining order against her. If she continues the harassment you can take her to court and sue her for damages and attorney's fees. If you would like additional information on how to file for a restraining order you can contact my office toll free at 877-546-9918 or by email at [email protected]. The consultation is free. I look forward to speaking with you.

Sincerely,
