Harrassment
Can anything be done about a neighbors constant
harrassment? Looking over back fence, calling police about dog barking, calling authorities about swimming pool, noise in back yard, ETC. IN all cases nothing was done, because nothing was wrong. It's be going on for YEARS!!

you might be able to get some type of injunction against them, depending on the detailed facts or maybe sue them for harrassment. you need to sit down with a lawyer and go over all such encounters in detail.
