Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Hearing dates on papers

If you get a continuance for a hearing after some but not all papers have been filed, which date do you put on the first page-the original hearing date for when the paper should have been filed or the new date? What if you need to make an addition to a signed original with an earlier date on it?
