Home loan responsibily to client.

Is a home loan corporation responsible for escrow shortage when they had errored in paying two homeowners insurance companies when the client had notified the homeloan company of the insurance change in writting prior to payment of insurance dues?

I do not fully understand your question.

The escrow is liable if it distributed funds in violation of the instructions

given to it.

Whoever has received payment, if no insurance was ordered (or has been cancelled) is liable

to return it.
