IIf the judge vacate a case and a writ of execution is returned - partially satisfied, what that means?

And how to claim the money levy from that writ?

If the judge vacated the default then there is no judgment. The funds will be held in trust until the court makes a decision on it.

If the judgment was vacated, then at this point there is no judgment to execute on. Any funds collected on the vacated judgment should be returned. You will most likely have to file a motion for restitution.
