Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
Is it illegal to expose a man using a prostitute to his wife and kids through a saved email exchange, as long as the emails aren't harassing and just sending the information?

If what you want is someone's approval or blessing for being a meddlesome busybody, you won't get it here.
What you describe might be a crime (for example, if you obtained the emails without authorization), but even if it isn't you could be sued civilly and/or hit with a restraining order.
If you enjoy tearing other people's families apart, you should seek professional help. And I don't mean the kind provided by lawyers.
Why do you want to harm the children? What type of character does that show? Is that not as bad as a married man cheating? No one will thank you for doing it, and several people will hate you.
