Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Can I get info for suing the tobacco companies?

How do I go about suing the tobacco companies? They claim smoking when you are pregnant may cause low birth weight, premature birth, and fetal injury. They do not specify what type of fetal injury and they do not mention long term residual health effects on your children. Such as low immune system and chronic infections such as strep- throat and sinitus phneumonia etc. I was 19 when I had my first daughter and was unaware of the risks to my unborn child. Is there anyone who can help me with this???

Re: tobacco

You have a potentially serious claim and you should get a contingency, personal injury lawyer in the County in which you live. I am obviously in San Diego, but if you are in a different county, I can probably find a good PI lawyer in that county for you.
