Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Hello and Greetings! Im new to the internet this is my first year of computer experience. Im also single and 49 years old never married. Ive been searching for a friend and femal companion with the intentions of getting married and having children. I joined a dating service called Mate1. I was happily surprised with all of the compatible ladies available. I struck up a over the net realationship with a Ana Mora. Things got hot and heavy and she wanted to fly out here to meet me. I couldnts send her any money for a ticket so she said she would send me a check and for me to cash it and western uunion the money back to her. I told her not to send me a check and fo rher to cash it her self. She insisted so finally I relented and recieved the check in the mail where upon I deposited it in my account adn it was held for the7 days to clear. In the interim she was wanting me to send her the money know because the account displayed that the money was available. I wouldnt till it cleared. Any way on the following Wednesday I went to the bank and they informed me that the check didnt clear. And that I was over drawn. I deposited funds into my account and informed Ana that the check didnt clear and I couldntr send her the money. She responded with accusations of rong doing on my part and that I just kept the money and that the check was good and I was lying. I gave her the number to the San Fran. F.B.I. and told her to report her suspicions to them about me. The next day I recieved a call from a Negro stating he was the F.B.I. and he wanted to know about the check. I asked for indentification he didnt respond so I hung up the phone. I reported this call to the S.F. FBI, my self. I found out that Mate1 is placing negros behind the photos of white women in order to intrap men out of money. And that even though I deleted my picture and profile they are still using it on there site cus im still getting messages on my computer. I suspect that they have a negro behind my picture responding to inquires from available ladies. I wasted my valuable time and became entangled in a scam while that I was genuinely sincere. I could have spent my time with an legitimate lady over the weeks. They attempted to entrap me over the check with police and court action which would have damaged my integrity. Im interested in suing Mate1 for damages. Can you assist me?
