would like to know how to put to get there a statement for an issue conference or I believe it to be a pretrial conference and the information that is needed.

Stop me if you've heard this before, but acting as your own lawyer in court without knowing what you are doing is a path leading to economic ruin and the certain loss of whatever case you once had.

The answer to your question depends on what kind of court you are in, and what stage of the proceedings you are at. For example a "pre-trial conference" in federal court is quite different from a "case management conference" or "status conference" in state court. The best way to find out what you need to do is to look at the rules of court, which are available on the internet.
