Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

i went to jail for vandalism and did six days at video court the judge said timed serve and O R me when i go to court again on the 28th does that mean i will go back to jail??

This should be reposted under the criminal law category. You also need to use proper punctuation so that we can tell what you are saying. What was your sentence, why are you going back to court, did you try to get apublic defender, etc. It sounds as though you have completed your jail time and they may be setting up the terms of probation.
