Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Joining a motion for Sum. Judgment

Hi, I'm a legal intern, and I have a case where the co-defendants are in nearly identical positions and both are completely unrelated to the action. The other co-defendant filed a motion for Summary Judgment, and I want to know how does one go about joining that motion? Is there a form to use? Everyone I ask gives me a different answer.

Please help!

You can't join a MSJ. You need to file your own.
