Judge orders opposing counsel to disclose
The judge in my case has ordered the opposing cousel to disclose and to answer interrogatories this was on 11/7/07 what is the time frame for the opposing cousel to answer? why didn't the judge put a date on the time to order?

I can't read the judge's mind. The time period would be a reasonable time, certainly no more than 30 days. I would call the lawyer and confirm in writing that counsel has violated the court order and you will be filing a motion to strike his answer and other sanctions by Tuesday unless the verified responses are in your hands by Monday at 4 p.m. Good luck!
