What can be done when you have a judgement against someone and they say they have no money to pay, but they have a car? What steps can or should be taken to obtain payment on a judgement?

Here are two options
You need to go to the court and have them issue a writ of execution and then have the sheriff take and sell the car. if he is employed you can also use it to have money taken from his wages.
