What kinds of disputes can I take to small claims court?

Anything that is a claim for money damages of less than $7,500 (or you're willing to be limited to $7,500 if the claim is actually more). No cases that require orders or injunctions, such as Family Law, Probate, etc., or that request orders or injuctions, such as continuing nusiance cases.
