Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
In L.A. Superior Court I was given the option of a Pro Tempe or a real judge. I chose ONLY a real judge and refused to sign the form allowing the Pro Tempe from hearing my case. Immediatly after the verdict I was informed he was a Pro Tempt.
Can I have my case re-heard?
