It is extremely unlikely that you will find one. Such cases reaching the level of needing lawyers are rare, and parties involved in those kind of disputes having enough money to pay an attorney are even rarer. There most certainly are not enough to support an attorney becoming specialized in them.

I have handled exactly one in my entire 26+ year career, and that was only because a big dollar dispute over one neighbor's illegal construction devolved into some ugly and very dangerous confrontations. Had both sides not been pretty well to do, and one side having been at risk of losing his entire six-figure investment, no one would have put up the money to litigate that one either.
