Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Little League

I was charged with misdeamenor embezzlement of what was assumed to be Little League property. All cimminal charges were dropped by the D.A.'s Office. I was insured with Little League for attorney fees,court costs,etc. Little League will not comply has to whether or not they wiil honor this insurance policy. Is there an attorney that will handle my civil case on a contingency basis?
