lialability for damage from falling trees

My property has trees that will fall on nieghbors ground in a storm. Am I liable for damage to thier property if this happens?

If you fail to maintain your trees in a reasonable manner, and your trees cause damage to another, you will be responsible. The question now becomes what should you do to ensure the tree doesn't fall. Call an expert and follow the expert's advice.
