limited civil suit
hello I am looking to find out which forms are needed to file a limited civil lawsuit over $10,000 against an attorney who I lost a fee arbitration to. I paid him a lot of money and he didnt help at all so after losing the arbitration I now have 30 days to file a lawsuit to try and get some of my money back. it would help a lot if someone can tell me which forms are needed, the court house is no help if you dont know the forms required. hope you can help me. thanks
