Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
I live in california, and last monday a tow truck driver stole my truck, I only know this because I caught them on survalliance. I called them and said I saw you guys taking my car on my survalliance. They said yes, could I call you back so I can look for the information. Thay called back and said some guy named "David' sold it to them, they said good thing you called we were about to crush it ! They let come and get my truck and charged me nothing. I see it as they stole my truck and if they paid someone 200 to scrap it why would they give it to me for free. I should i see a lawyer about this situation

You should see a lawyer. Maybe he or she will tell you that you should be happy you got your truck back, and then ask you if you have any damages.
You might contact law enforcement. If they did it to you, the chances are that it may not the first time. I agree with Mr. Roach, though. If they didn't damage the truck, what's the harm?!
