Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
I loan $4000 dollors to a lady,she never repay to the agreement.said she would try to make month payment.made about $500 dollor worth,then stop.Its been about four years now.is there any thing I can to.thank you

Yes, however you may have a statute of limitations problem. This means that you only have a certain amount of time to sue someone. My suggestion would be to speak with an attorney as soon as possible. As in today. Although this may qualify for small claims court you should at least get advice as to whether the claim is time barred.
