Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Anyone Located in California (San Diego Area, San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles Area, or Sacramento Area) looking for some part-time local counsel litigation work?
Established national law firm is looking for a local attorney to serve as local counsel for some standard commercial litigation work. No prior experience necessary and all drafting work is done by our firm. All expenses are covered, local counsels are paid monthly, and bonuses are available, depending on performance. Part-time filing, and some court appearances may be required. We can talk about the price for filings/appearances. Ideal for new graduate just looking for some work/money, and/or someone who already has a small litigation practice and just looking for a few upcoming gigs to supplement income.
