Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
A manager I work with opened a package that was addressed to me, but was deliviered to her desk by our receiving guys. Her name was written on th package by our mail guys but was clearly addressed to me. She thought it was hers and gave the contents away. I asked her about about it a few time and she finally admitted to doing the mentioned above. Is she wrong and can I do anything about it?

You did not identify the contents of the package but the basic rule is this: if you want personal items delivered to you at your work address, the outside of the envelope should state "Personal and Confidential" otherwise mistakes like the one you described are likely to happen.
You may need to discuss this issue with the person who supervises the two of you as well as staff in the mail room. Unfortunately this may put your job at risk. I would suggest you consider this a lesson, hopefully not to expensive a lesson, and make certain that any personal mail is delivered to your home or sent to the post office for personal pick-up.
