Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
My mentally ill elderly mother(schizophrenic) went into a circle k with $17 in lottery tickets, when it was her turn in line(the store was empty) the clerk, twice her size, snatched the tickets out of her hand and told her he had her on film stealing so he was going to keep the tickets. she came home terrified and hid in "her" closet all night saying he's going to hurt me over and over. what legal actions can i take?
