missing clothing

What do I do to retrieve my clothing compensation from a cleaners that has lost my clothes.( Three pantsuits)? I have returned to the cleaners explaining the situation, but they have not found my clothing. And i would like to take it a step further.

You probably won't get your clothing back. You can file a small claims action for the value of the clothing.
