Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

if I mistakenly delivered a set of Interrogatories (Form, RFPD, RFA) to the Defendants instead of to their Attorneys, are they obliged to answer the Interrogatories (and within the 30 day time period)? or, do I need to resend the Interrogatories to the Attorneys.....

They probably would not have to answer them if their attorney has made an appearance (such as an answer to the complaint). To be safe, serve the attorneys.

Unless you had them hand served, you have to serve the attorneys.
