Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

money from a nonprofit organization

I'm on the board of a nonprofit youth football league. The league may have to disolve so what do we legally do, or can do, with the money and the equipment?

This isn't a civil litigation question - repost in a different area for more reponses. When you do, be sure to specify whether the non-profit is a 501(c)(3) or other tax exempt and whether it's a California non-profit corporation.
