Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

My mother has been driving a vehicle for the past 2 years that in my name and she hasnt made the payment in 3 months. I've had to make the payments in order to keep my credit good. What are my legal rights concerning me having the right to take the vehicle from her and reimbursement of the payments she has missed.

You may take back the vehicle and sell it. She received the benefit of the payments she made by driving the vehicle. If you were to go to court, you could seek a judgment to compensate you for the missed payments or the reasonable rental value of the vehicle.
