Motion for Change of Venue

I received a Motion for Change of

Venue and Answer to Complaint.

However the defendant is pro per and

has the wrong case number on all

documents, she filed these the last

day the Answer would have needed

to be filed or I could have defaulted.

Also she filed by mailing. Shouldnt

the clerk have rejected the

documents and sent them back to

her?

Maybe the clerk -did- reject the documents. If she didn't use the correct case number, then for goodness' sake hurry up and file and serve a Request to Enter Default.
