MOTION SEALING THE RESTRAINING ORDER RECORDS IN STATE OF CALIFORNIA?

I WOULD LIKE TO SEAL THE RECORD OF EXPIRED RESTRAINING ORDER IN STATE OF CALIFORNIA DUE THE FACT IT WAS WRONGFULLY GRANTED BECAUSE OF UNTRUE STORY AND I HAVE SWORN DECLARATION FROM THE PERSON THAT RESTRAINING ORDER IT WAS GRANTED HE IS OVER 80 YEARS OLD THAT HIS STORY 100% WAS UNTRUE DUE TO UNDUE INFLUENCE AND CONTINUE TREATS OF HIS SON IN LAW AND HIS OWN DAUGHTER.

I WOULD LIKE A SAMPLE MOTION WITH POINTS OF AUTHORITIES THAT I CAN FILE WITH THE COURT IN STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO GRANT MY MOTION TO SEAL THE RECORDS OF RESTRAINING ORDER.

I have Sworn declaration from person that the restraining order it was granted that his statment was completely untrue under undue influence and treat.

When you find that motion, be sure to pass that on to me, because I am unaware of any motion in this state for sealing a civil restraining order or any other civil case.
