When a Motion for Summary Judgement filed by the defendent is denied, what is the percentage of prevailing plantiffs after trial?

Motions for summary judgment are usually denied. Insurance defense lawyers almost always bring them hoping to win and lining their pockets with the expenses of bringing them-all paid for by the insurance carriers. It is not indicative that Plaintiff will win at trial. Sorry it is not better news. If you have a good lawyer, trust them to do a good job for you. Good luck!
