I contacted the court in los angeles many times while in pennsylvania reagarding a traffic ticket that i reveived in January 2000. They told me that I would need to pay a fine when I returned to California. I have recently been styopped for Jaywalking and They gave me a court date for Today. I told that to the judge and he did not verify one thing about my case and wants me to retun on the 25th with a attorney who is on my file regarding something i already had expunged. He was very rude.

If your question is how do you deal with the court appearance because you are in PA, I would recommend hiring an attorney to appear for you and resolve the issues. If an attorney appears for you, you will likely not have to attend. We have an attorney in our firm who could handle this if you're interested.
