Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
I was named in a unlawful detainer on an apartment that I didn't reside in, but applied and got aprroved for in Feb, of 2000. the two tenants that moved in and was evicted were served and I was later contacted (10yrs later) by phone informing of a debt and later served with a wage judgement at my job.
how can I file a motion to set aside default and where can I obtain the forms?

Motions to set aside defaults are difficult, and you'll only get one shot at it, so please use a lawyer.
