How or what do i need to "Set a Default Hearing to obtain the Judgment

This is a matter of local process and proceedure. You need to contact the court clerk in the relevant county for answers to these questions.

You need to submit a default judgment package. Part of it involves the same form (it's multipurpose) that you used to obtain the clerk's entry of the defendant's default.

As Mr. McCormick said, you need to check the local rules of the court that the case is filed in. Some courtrooms want a hearing, others will do it in chambers once you submit the paperwork. You must also submit a proposed judgment.
