Nearby Apt. Complex Causing Problems...
Large Apt. Complex Next Door to House - Inhabitants Causing Problems: littering on our property, drug dealing, loud noises at all hours, etc.
Concerns - retaliation by gang members for directly calling police with each 'small' event, e.g. - littering on our property, loud parties late into night, etc.
What are our police / legal resources for dealing with these problems?
Can landlord of problematic Apt. Complex be held accountable for actions of tenants?
All suggestions welcome, especially those that are not involved directly with those causing problems - due to likely retaliation.

Contact your city counsel member and the police department regarding the situation. It should be possible to more police presence in the area without the necessity of the neighbors knowing about your contact with the police.
