Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
I have a neighbor who is harassing me every two hours by spraying perfume, urine and whatever stinky thing he can get his hand on behind my apartment. I just put in video cameras and they are rolling.
My question is: how can I use the video information to get them to stop? My landlord refuses to be involved, the police don't have time. There is no money involved. So who do I show the videos to?

You may need to file a lawsuit and get an order or judgment against them . A letter to the person may stop it if written correctly.
