Neighbor Harassment

I just moved in to this home 1.5 mos. ago. The second day I moved in the neighbor next to us starts put on his security lights on throught the night until 4 am. I have called the police and they can not do nothing about it. I have call the property management and still no luck. Can I be able to sue.

Have you talked to him about his security lights? Or did you just go straight to the police?
