what do i do if i have a neighbor who harrasses my 9 year old duaghter and calls her names i have approched these adultas on several occasions and asked them to leave her alone and complained to the apartment manager what do i do nothing is being done and my 9 year old is afraid to go in and out of our apartment alone because shes afraid they will call her names and yell at her?

Call the police telling them your 9 year old daughter is receiving terrorist threats.

Then call the local attorney help line in your city for assistance in getting a restraining order against these asinine adults.
