Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

neighbor seedking TRO

Neighbor has filed a TRO against

neighbor based on a bunch of

delusions that he is poisoning her

dog, videotaping her, shining lights

into her house, etc. He needs to file

a response asap and no doubt object

to a bunch of inadmissible dox she

attached. Any advice on the best

way to do this or who can help.

He needs to retain an attorney to represent him immediately. If necessary he should go to court and request a continuance to allow him to retain an attorney. Based on the facts you provided he would appear to have a valid defense and high probability of winning at trial.
