Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Hi I have neighbors with loud barking dogs who are waking me up and barking at all hours of the day and night, I would like to sue their landlord in order to try and facilitate their eviction. Do I have a good case? How can I find a good attorney (for a reasonable fee) who will handle such a case? Thank you

Basically you are talking about a smal claims suit for nuisance in which a judge might award a few hundred dollars [you could have all your other neighbors sue too]. Lawyers are not permitted to appear in SCC although they can prepare the entire case.
