Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

noisy pool pump

my neighbor is complaining on the noise of my pool pump. he saids he cannot do his homework in the back yard of his house.

i have made adjustment to the pumps time so now it runs between 2:30 to 4:30 in the afternoon.

the neighbor do not say anything three years ago just lately.

is their anything legally he can do to me.
