Can you and your neighbors evict a tennant that is a nuisance in the neighborhood?

You can't evict someone unless you own the property where he is living.

Depending on what he is doing, you might be able to get a court order to force him to stop.

If he is agreeable to go to a neighborhood dispute resolution center, you might be able to work it out with help from a mediator.
