Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

How do I obtain the public service records on a Sheriffs Deputy i.e:assignments,cruiser performance,M.D.T,police checks,test score etc...

You must have a pending suit and prepare a subpoena for those documents. The Sheriff's office will then file a Pitchess motion in opposition. You will need to show that those documents really are necessary, some of which I think off hand are not. It will be difficult to get the information.
