Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

opposition to motion

I am a defendant in a civil action. The case is in bankruptcy court in California, because it was brought by the debtor (chapter 11 filing). the case is both frivolous and bogus. the debtor now filed a motion to move it to State Court because he fears the Bankruptcy Court Judge. I need a form or letter type to oppose this motion. Can you help me?

There is no form. There must be a formal opposition filed. We would need to see the Motion to start with. We may be able to help you.
