In every county 437c controls, and you would need to file your opposition, memorandum, supporting declarations and evidence, and your separate statement of disputed facts 14 days prior to the hearing.

An opposition must be served and filed 14 days prior to the hearing. The more specific statute of Code of Civil Procedure section 437c governs over the general guidelines of Code of Civil Procedure section 1005.
